My room was immaculately clean from check-in through check-out. Property and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Great breakfast options at the buffet and definitely affordable oppose to outside options. The hotel property was centrally located in the middle of walking downtown streets and walking distance to many restaurants and the shopping mall. Beds were comfortable and made everyday as requested. What you see in the room and property photos is what you will get so no surprises upon arriving.

Breakfast in resort is excellent @ ~$15AUD/head. I had lunch inhouse twice - both meals for excellent. Service is excellent. Place is small and compact - but more than adequate for a resort style stay. Big resorts mean you walk a lot to get to facilities. Location is close to town center /Samui Central to walk to comfortably, but far enough away not to be in the bustle and noise of town center.

great place with the best beach.on Chaweng. Close to everything you might need. massage, food, shops, bars, Thai boxing stadium.. good breakfast buffet spread with indoor and outdoor seating. had 2 delux rooms with connecting doors and partial sea view on top floor.

this is our 3rd stay at this hotel, it has a nice and clean swimming pool that we spend the whole day and the beach were just awesome. It has the beach chair for relax and the water there is crystal clear and we can walk a few metres into the sea at knee level!
